Dear HarriAnn & John:

....What a surprise to recieve Hardwick Frame Tee Shirt and Cap a couple days ago. I will wear them proudly.
....I have three great rolls of pictures and several video tapes of the erection. All of your personnel were wonderful. bettw was amazed that we didn't hear a single swear word.
....Sandra may have told you that I have had more than forty years experience in construction management all over the world, but I can say, without reservation, that Sandra's house was the most professional and exciting project I have ever witnessed.
....I hope to return to Saugerties soon to help Sandra in whatever way I can so that she can move in sooner. She would like to have beneficial occupancy by 1 Oct. but think that may be a little early.
....Betty and I hope we will be able to meet you someday. Our best to all the crew.
